National Gallery Of Macedonia-Mala Stanica

'Mala Stanica' is an extension of the exhibition space of the National Gallery of Macedonia and was founded in 2005. Just before the opening of the center the same has become urban place where there are exhibited activities from different characters, as well as host of events from different cultural domains. The main goal of the center is affirmation and promotion of the Macedonian art, locally and outside of the borders of Macedonia. In fact, it is entertaining and putting into operation of the so called 'Industrial heritage', which according to international reference documents and guidelines is a specific category of cultural heritage which should be taken and a mode of conduct and specific terms of usage. The 2,000 m2 'Mala Stanica' enables the realization of high quality museum and gallery complex content and multimedia projects, making this facility definitely one of the few of its kind in our country.
